Booking your wedding flowers

  • Fill out the inquiry form below. This will allow us to check for availability.

  • We’ll send you a questionnaire to gather all of your must have florals for your perfect day.

  • Once returned, we will send you a quote based on the information provided in the questionnaire.

  • If you would like to move forward after receiving your online quote we can meet to hash out all the fine details!

  • Don’t worry! You can alter your items as needed and we’re always here to help if you need any clarification.

  • Secure your date! To do so we require a 20% nonrefundable payment as well as a contract signed.

Inquiry Form

  • After receiving your formal proposal we require a 20% non-refundable deposit and signed contract to secure your date.

  • About eight weeks prior to your wedding date we’ll send you an email to book a call or schedule a meeting with us. Prior to this meet we’ll create a mood board and send you a final details sheet. During our meet we’ll review your proposal and discuss day-of details. This is also the time to make any adjustments to your proposal. After our final run-through no further changes may be made.

  • After your 20% non-refundable deposit is made the remaining balance will be divided up into two payments. The second payment is due midway from booking to your wedding date. The third and final payment is due 30 days prior to your wedding date.

  • We’ll start by dropping off all personal items to the bridal party. Then we’ll head over to the ceremony and reception area to create some magic!

  • We’ll come back either that night or the next morning and pack away all the floral items. We encourage you to take or giveaway all florals. Most floral arrangements will have a plastic base. Please leave all vases, stands, and structures.
